Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain an efficient schedule. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time may incur a rescheduling fee or may be considered a missed appointment.
